    When is the heating oil emergency service used?

    The emergency service is always used when regular delivery times are not sufficient or the need arises unexpectedly.

    Empty tank in winter

    If the heating oil tank is suddenly empty, the emergency service will ensure that it is replenished quickly so that the heating can be operated again promptly.

    Short-term additional consumption

    In the event of increased consumption - for example due to longer periods of cold weather - additional demand may arise that needs to be covered at short notice.

    Heating failed

    If the system is at a standstill due to a lack of heating oil, the emergency service enables it to be restarted quickly thanks to rapid delivery.

    Pellets are supplied either in bulk or in practical bag form, depending on requirements.

    Loose pellets are delivered in a specially equipped silo vehicle and blown directly into the storage room. A controlled blowing process is crucial in order to maintain product quality and minimize fines. Trained drivers and coordinated technology ensure clean filling.

    Bagged goods are available for smaller quantities or additional requirements. These can be stored flexibly and refilled manually as required.

    The supply can be planned individually: from one-off filling to recurring deliveries - depending on consumption, storage capacity and usage patterns.
