Diversity Charter

The Diversity Charter is an employer initiative that was founded in 2006 and campaigns for recognition, appreciation and respect in the world of work. The non-profit association Charta der Vielfalt e.V. was established in 2010 and aims to promote diversity in the world of work in Germany.
