    Briefly explained: The pellets emergency service is a specially organized delivery solution for situations in which pellets are needed at short notice - for example, if the tank is empty or there is unexpected excess consumption. In contrast to regular orders, the focus here is on the ability to react quickly.

    MB Energy organizes the emergency supply in such a way that requests are prioritized. Once you have contacted us, we provide structured feedback and plan the next delivery.

    The benefit lies in the combination of speed and transparency. You retain control of the process, while the supply is quickly restored.

    Delivery and supply

    Pellets are supplied either in bulk or in practical bag form, depending on requirements.

    Loose pellets are delivered in a specially equipped silo vehicle and blown directly into the storage room. A controlled blowing process is crucial in order to maintain product quality and minimize fines. Trained drivers and coordinated technology ensure clean filling.

    Bagged goods are available for smaller quantities or additional requirements. These can be stored flexibly and refilled manually as required.

    The supply can be planned individually: from one-off filling to recurring deliveries - depending on consumption, storage capacity and usage patterns.

    How many pellets do I need per year?

    The requirement depends on the size of the building, insulation standard and heating behavior. An individual assessment is advisable.

    How does the delivery of loose goods work?

    A silo vehicle blows the pellets directly into the storage room. Suitable access is required.

    Can I also store pellets?

    Yes, pellets are intended for storage. Dry conditions and a suitable storage room are important.

    What is the difference between bagged goods and loose goods?

    Loose goods are suitable for larger heating systems, bagged goods for smaller applications or additional requirements.

    How do I ensure quality?

    Pay attention to standardized quality (e.g. ENplus) and a clean delivery process.

    Can I order pellets online?

    Yes, you can easily enter the product, quantity and delivery location using the price calculator.

    What exactly happens during the blowing-in process?

    The pellets are transported into the storage room via hoses. The process is carried out in a controlled manner to minimize material abrasion.
